The payment of goods on our online store can be done either through the Netcash Payment Portal, direct bank deposit, or you can pay in cash on delivery. The following payment options are available through the Netcash payment portal:

If you are using a direct bank deposit then you warrant (guarantee) that you will make the payment immediately after your order is placed. Your order will only be processed and shipped once your payment reflects in our bank account. When using this payment method, please use your order number as the reference number for the payment. Our banking details are made available to you when placing the order.
If you are paying by means of cash on delivery, you warrant that you will have sufficient cash on hand at the time of delivery and that the cash amount will be exactly the amount required for the order. If you do not have sufficient funds on hand, the delivery will not take place.
While we take every effort to ensure that the prices reflected on our website are accurate, it is possible that there can be some errors about the purchase price. If we have made an error relating to the purchase price we will refund the purchase price to you as set out in our Returns Policy. We will not be responsible for any obvious errors in the purchase price on our website.
If your delivery address is within the Nelson Mandela Bay Metropolitan area, your order will be delivered by our in-house fleet of delivery vehicles. If your delivery address is within the rest of the Eastern Cape, we will deliver your order with our in-house fleet of delivery vehicles, or a third party courier service. If your delivery address is within the rest of South Africa, we will deliver your order with a third party courier service. The choice of the delivery method (our delivery vehicles or a third party courier service) will be made at our discretion. We also offer the option for you to pick up your goods from our physical store at the following address: 2A Albany Road, North End, Gqeberha, Eastern Cape.
Please ensure that the delivery address you enter during the checkout process is correct. You will not be able to change the delivery address after you place your order.

Orders below or equal to R2999,99: R100 delivery fee
Orders above or equal to R3000: Free delivery
Delivery within the rest of South Africa:
Orders below or equal to R2999,99: R200 delivery fee

Our business account customers (our customers that have an account with us and have a customer number) must select the “Business Account Customer Delivery” option at checkout.
Deliveries will be made during business days (i.e. not on weekends or public holidays) between 08h00 to 16h00.
Normally the information in the order will indicate how long it will take before your goods are delivered. If this information is not included then the normal delivery times are 3 to 10 business days from the date of your order. If you have not received your goods 3 to 10 business days after you placed your order please contact us with your reference/order number so that we can help sort it out.
If we discover we cannot deliver in the 3 to 10 business days period after you placed your order we will give you a choice to wait until we can make the delivery or you can cancel the transaction.
We do not deliver internationally.
Please check the contents of your delivery as soon as possible (preferably when it is delivered) and report any damage / incorrect goods that you have received as soon as possible. When you report any damaged / incorrect goods, please remember to quote the order number so we can track your order and find out what went wrong.
Once we have delivered the goods to you the risk in the goods passes to you. This means we are not responsible for any loss you may suffer if the goods are stolen or broken by you or someone who you give access to the goods and we are also not responsible for any damage or loss you suffer if you use the goods in a way they were not intended to be used or against the instructions. PLEASE READ THE INSTRUCTIONS on how to use the goods as they contain important warnings and safety information!
If you, or someone authorised by you is not available at a particular delivery address then we will return the delivery to our offices. We will then contact you to arrange delivery. If we are still unable to deliver the goods then we will cancel the order and refund the purchase price.
