Terms and Conditions - Pilot Water Bottle Promotion

The promoter of this competition is Pax Stationers CC; 2A Albany Road, North End, Gqeberha; +27 41 582 3130.

Eligibility

This promotion is open to all customers who purchase any five (5) Pilot products in a single transaction. Customers may purchase five of the same item or five different Pilot products to qualify. Employees of Pax Stationers CC and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

To qualify for the promotion, customers must purchase five (5) or more Pilot products in a single order. All five products must be purchased in the same transaction. Purchases made across multiple separate orders will not be combined to qualify. For every five qualifying Pilot products purchased in a single order, the customer will receive one (1) free water bottle.

For example:

Buy 5 products in one order = 1 water bottle

Buy 10 products in one order = 2 water bottles

Buy 20 products in one order = 4 water bottles

Buy 5 products across 5 different orders = 0 water bottles

Promotion Period

This promotion is valid while stocks last. Once all water bottles have been distributed, the promotion will end, and no further water bottles will be issued.

Water Bottle Details

Water bottles will be given to qualifying customers at random. Customers may not choose the colour or design of the water bottle. Water bottles are available only while stocks last and cannot be exchanged or returned for a different colour or product.

General Conditions

This offer is valid only on purchases of Pilot products. Free water bottles are not exchangeable for cash or any other item. The promoter reserves the right to end the promotion at any time without prior notice, should stock run out or for any other reasonable reason. By participating, customers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Use of Personal Information

By participating in this promotion, customers consent to Pax Stationers CC processing their purchase details for the purpose of administering the promotion. Personal information will not be used for marketing purposes without the customer's consent.

Limitation of Liability

Pax Stationers CC accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or from the use of the free water bottle.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
