Terms and Conditions - Fresh Stationery Deals Competition

Promoter

The promoter of this competition is Pax Stationers CC; 2A Albany Road, North End, Gqeberha; +27 41 582 3130.

Eligibility

This competition is open to all customers who purchase any four (4) products from the “Fresh Stationery Deals” and “Stationery Fresh Deals” promotional materials between 1 July 2025 and 30 September 2025. Customers may purchase four of the same item or four different products from the promotional flyers to qualify. Employees of Pax Stationers CC and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter

To enter, customers must purchase four (4) or more qualifying products from the “Fresh Stationery Deals” or “Stationery Fresh Deals” flyers in a single order. Only one entry is permitted per order, regardless of the number of qualifying products purchased beyond the minimum of four. Orders cannot be combined across multiple purchases to meet the entry requirement. Each qualifying order counts as one (1) entry into the draw.

Promotion Period

This promotion runs from 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025. Entries received after this date will not be included in the draw.

Prizes

There will be three (3) stationery hampers awarded to three winners. Each winner will receive one (1) hamper each. Each hamper is different and will be randomly assigned. The hampers include:

Hamper 1 (Pentel Hamper): Includes a lunch bag and a selection of Pentel products such as pens and markers.

Hamper 2 (Pilot Hamper): Includes various Pilot products (final contents to be confirmed).

Hamper 3: Details to be confirmed.

Draw and Winner Notification

The prize draw will take place on 1 October 2025. Three winners will be selected at random from all valid entries. Winners will be contacted via email and/or phone using the contact details provided at the time of purchase. If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, an alternate winner may be drawn.

Additional Notes

This promotion runs alongside the Pilot Water Bottle Promotion. Customers who purchase five or more qualifying Pilot products as part of their order may be eligible to receive a free water bottle according to that promotion, in addition to their entry into this competition (provided their order also meets the 4-product requirement from the correct flyers).

Important Notice: An error appears on the promotional flyer regarding the Pilot Acroball M Series. The price of R27.60 applies only to the individual pens, not the wallet of four pens shown in the image. The wallet of four pens does not qualify as a valid entry product for this competition.

General Conditions

Prizes are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value if necessary. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The promoter’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

Use of Personal Information

By entering this competition, participants consent to the processing of their purchase and contact information for the purposes of administering the competition and notifying winners. Personal information will not be used for marketing purposes without the customer's consent.

By entering the competition, participants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph for promotional purposes should they win, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Limitation of Liability

Pax Stationers CC accepts no responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury arising from entering this competition or accepting the prize.

Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
